Card details are processed securely through our payment provider and are not stored by GoYacht beyond what is necessary to complete your booking and secure the deposit.
Bookings and online payments are only available to guests aged 18 and over. We may also screen bookings to ensure we do not provide services to individuals, organisations, or entities located in countries or regions subject to OFAC sanctions or other applicable international restrictions.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third parties strictly where necessary to deliver your booking, such as: payment processors to handle secure transactions, third-party activity operators (desert safari, hot air balloon, helicopter tours, jet ski, water sports, fishing trips, and similar) when you book an add-on experience, communication platforms such as WhatsApp when you choose to contact us that way, and relevant authorities where required by law, such as Dubai Coast Guard or UAE maritime regulations. These third parties are only given the information they need to perform their service.
